Your eligibility for coverage under the AppleCare Protection Plan starts from your hardware purchase date. Apple strongly recommends that you purchase the AppleCare Protection Plan when you purchase your Apple product to maximise the additional benefits provided under the plan.

When you carry your Apple iPhone with you when you travel and happen to need repair service, you can either go to an Apple Retail Store or contact Apple for information on how to obtain service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response time vary according to country. Client partner will email cancellation on applefeedback@rptechindia.com, including the Device ID. Cancellation will be initiated within one business day on receipt of email. Money will be refunded to payee account within 48Hours and Store margins shall be reversed for this account. Customer should be refunded the full cost of the contract, unless a new contract is being created on a replacement device. If Partner has an Apple HQ ID, Partner will need to register their bank account with Rashi Peripherals Pvt Ltd. Online margin will be transferred within T+3 working day. If Partner does not have an Apple HQ Id, they will get their margin/commission from the regional distributor whose Apple HQ Id was used in the sales process of AppleCare Protection Plan.
